Multilayer Pipe clamps - DIN 3015 Part 1, 2 and 3 - Tube clamps are used for securing a tool to a multi-piece panel assembly. They can clamp vertically in 2 layers / 3 layers up to any numbers of layers but recommended up to 3 layers.

Aluminum series pipe -tube clamps are normally used for high temperature applications (more than 260 degree Celsius) & the W.P. range more then 1500 PSI (100 BAR) and up to 8000 psi (600 BAR) in the Steel / stainless steel Piping System.
Features of Aluminum Series Pipe Clamp :
Single Ferrule Hydraulic Fittings are three piece designs comprising of a Socket having a conical seat, a hardened Progressive Ring and a Nut. When the Nut is progressively tightened it makes the Ring “to move on to the tube, which subsequently bites into the pipe, thereby forming a visible collar of material in front of it.
"DL" couplings offered by us are best suited for stainless steel, copper or stainless steel tubes where brazing, soldering, welding, flaring or threading is not possible or permissible.
To cater all your requirements of spares of Hydraulic & Pneumatic applications, we manufacture fittings and couplings in various designs and specifications. These are fabricated Steel, Brass and Stainless steel in PUNE under name “DL Hydrofit.
The fittings, couplings and adopters manufactured by us are trouble free and leak proof and are in accordance with standards like DIN: 2353, ISO: 8434 -1, IS: 8805, JIC, SAE, CSN, TGL etc. These are available in different designs like ERMETO, EO, PARKER, IMPERIAL, SWAGELOK and many more.
Threads like ISO 6149 METRIC (MM), METRIC TAPER (MT), BSPP, BSPT, NPT, UN, UNF & SAE straight are used on nut ends and the plug ends.
The widest range of “DL” couplings and fittings are manufactured using extruded and drawn bars and forgings of free cutting Steel & Carbon steel (for steel tubes), Stainless steel 304 / 316 (for SS tubes) & Brass (for copper tubes). All shape items like Elbows, Tees etc; are manufactured from Forgings, which have obvious advantage over plate (a) extreme strength & (b) high impact resistance, whereas Straight items are manufactured from drawn bars.
These fittings are offered in variegated finishes such as Trivalent Blue, Passivated Zinc Plating in regular and Blackening/Phosphated, Zinc Yellow passivated. Threaded ends are protected from dust and getting damage, by covering them with plastic end covers for a long and safe storage.
